Programs

In order to encourage children to follow Jesus, we engage in a number of programs that purposefully intersect their hearts with God’s word.

Sunday School: 10:00-10:45 am

Sunday school classes are designed for children ages 3 years – 12th grade. Introducing children to God’s word early in life is important for them to have God’s perspective on their life and the world around them. As teachers introduce children to God through the stories and teaching that Through the stories, illustrations, and teaching that is presented from the Bible, children come to know God and see their heart. A safe and fun environment is available for children under 3.

Sunday Morning Worship Meeting: 11:00 am – 12:15 pm

During the morning worship service children under 3 continued to be cared for in our nursery. Children older than 3 join their parents in the worship meeting. However, for children ages 3-9 we provide a meeting during the preaching of God’s word.  These children are dismissed during our last congregational hymn and their time together included instruction from God’s word, singing, and crafts. Of course, all children are welcome to remain in our worship meeting under their parent’s care. 

Sunday Evening Meeting: 6:00 – 7:00 pm

A nursery is provided during our evening service for children under 3. Those children older than 3 participate in our evening service. This provides parents with an opportunity to teach their young children to learn to participate with the church when they gather for a service.

Wednesday Evening and Kid’s Adventure Club: 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Our Wednesday evening service is our prayer service. However, during our prayer meeting our Kid’s Adventure Club meets for ages 3rd through 6th grade. This is a time for games, songs, Bible memory, and Bible teaching. Our prayer is that this time will be used by the Holy Spirit to transform our children’s lives through the word of God. Child care is provided for children under the age of 3.
