Greg Davis

Growing up in a Christian home, Greg had the opportunity to hear the truth of the gospel from an early age. When he was in the 5th grade, he recognized that he was a sinner in need of a Savior. By his bedside one night Greg repented of his sin and believed the gospel.

His pursuit of following Jesus Christ led him to Bob Jones University where he majored in Social Studies Education. Upon completion of his undergraduate work, Greg decided to pursue seminary training. In 2004, he completed a Masters of Arts degree in Bible. He continued his education and completed a Master of Divinity degree in 2006.

Throughout his undergraduate and graduate work, Greg was actively involved in ministering with children’s clubs, teen camps, prison ministries and nursing home ministries.

He met his wife, Melissa, in college and they were married in 2004. After being actively involved in ministry with Cornerstone Baptist Church in Greenville, SC, Pastor Davis and his family moved to Screven County in 2011. God has given him the desire to help others experience the power of the gospel by introducing them to Jesus Christ and helping them follow the Lord through repentance and faith in His word.
